Humanistic Psychotherapy in Norwich
Humanistic psychotherapy is an integrative style that brings together established and well-researched types of therapy including Person Centred, Transactional Analysis, and Gestalt approaches.
These modalities focus on understanding a person as a whole, in the context of their life and personal history.
We will work together towards your goals for therapy. In helping you explore your circumstances, relationships, thoughts and feelings, my aim is to support you in gaining perspective and making meaning of your experience.
I offer face-to-face counselling and psychotherapy for individuals over the age of 18, working on both short-term and a long-term basis.
I currently only offer sessions online via Zoom, when it I not possible to meet in person (i.e. due to illness or necessary travel).
